While some students expressed relief and hope, others said they will only believe it when the money reflects in their accounts, citing months of delay and unfulfilled promises. The NELFUND Beneficiaries Association of Nigeria (NBAN) confirmed the development on Friday, July 11, 2026, in a statement signed by its National President, Aminu Aliyu Ahmad.
