Ademuyiwa Balikis and Habeeb Ibrahim The Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH) has launched a digital skills initiative aimed at equipping traders and artisans in Ikorodu with tools to improve their businesses. The programme, titled Digital Literacy for Ikorodu Trade (DLIT), is part of the university’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts and targets participants from Lambo Lasunwon, Araromi, and Okegbegun communities in Ikorodu Local Government Area. Twenty participants were selected following a screening process. The four-week training, which commenced on April 11, 2026, and is scheduled to end on May 2, 2026, is being held at the NITDA Digital Learning Centre on the Ikorodu campus. The facility was facilitated by Oluremi Tinubu.
