  LASUSTECH matriculates over 2000 pioneer students Adebayo Nurudeen Lagos State University of Science and Technology matriculated its pioneer students on Wednesday. The matriculation ceremony was held at the school’s 500-seater auditorium. Recall that the institution was transmuted from a polytechnic to a university on February 8, 2022, by Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, and out of 16000 applicants only 3000 students were given admission. The University is comprised of five colleagues, which include the faculty of Engineering, the College of Agriculture, the College of Basic Sciences, the College of Environmental Designs and Technology, and the College of Applied Social Sciences. Kareem Afis The Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria, Laspotech chapter, has held its first annual Ramadan lecture and iftar program.  The Ramadan Lecture, which was held at the school's central mosque commenced in the evening on Tuesday and was attended by scores of students in the school.   LASUSTECH Management denies alleged payment of matriculation gown  Adebayo Nurudeen and kareem Afis The management of Lagos State University of Science and Technology has denied allegations that the newly admitted students of the institution are to pay a fee of three thousand naira to a certain paystack account for the acquisition of a Matriculation gown. In a broadcast message sent to the students, the management denied such allegations and warned that any student that pays to the said account is at his detriment. The university’s first matriculation for its pioneer students is slated to hold on Wednesday,  29th of March,2023 at the College of Agriculture auditorium. LCF concludes Lasustech on her knees program  Adebayo Nurudeen and Owolabi Oluwadamilare Lasustech Christian Fellowship concluded the annual 3-day lasustech on her kneels revival program yesterday at the school podium. The event tagged “In the name of Jesus “ began on Wednesday the  22nd and ended on Friday the 24th of march  2023, featuring salvation, revival, healing, and breakthrough. The program was designed to bring the body of Christ together as various men of God were present at the event.
