NYSC 2024: Portal Opened for Approved Results Upload; Immediate Processing for Ready Candidates

 In a recent announcement from Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH), formerly Laspotech, the  candidates from the current set have been informed that the portal is now open for the uploading of approved results. 

This development comes as a crucial step in the mobilization process for prospective corps members.

Candidates whose results are ready are urged to promptly submit the required documents, including the Mobilization Form, to the Directorate of Student Affairs (DSA). 

This proactive measure ensures immediate processing and swift progression through the NYSC procedures.

From the desk of the DSA, candidates are encouraged to seize this opportunity and facilitate a seamless transition into the next phase of their service year.

 The DSA office remains dedicated to expediting the processing of mobilization forms, thereby enabling eligible candidates to embark on their NYSC service without unnecessary delays.

Students Barred from LASUSTECH First Gate Over Safety Concerns

The restriction led to confusion among students, who were subsequently directed by security personnel to use the Second Gate for entry into the campus. Speaking on the development, security officials disclosed that the action followed an incident that occurred around 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, when a tension wire was reportedly cut from a pole and fell directly at the entrance of First Gate. LASUSTECH Announces February 13, 2027, for Maiden Convocation

The announcement was made by the Director of Student Affairs (DSA), Dr. Ademola Aderogba, during the first engagement meeting of the 2025/2026 academic session. The meeting featured the introduction of Heads of Class (HOCs) and representatives from various departments. Dr. Aderogba addressed issues relating to the academic session and outlined expectations for students.
