Basically, we celebrate independence on account of the struggle of our past leaders which we should not just celebrate for pleasure but to think about the country situation- how far we have come and how far have we gone? Nelson Mandela said and I quote, “For to be free is not merely to cast off ones chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others”. Are we truly free?
