"CHEAT AND BE EXPELLED" - RECTOR WARNS NEWLY MATRICULATED STUDENTS



Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) held her matriculation on Friday for the full time students of the institution.

The Rector of the institution, Dr Oluremi Nurudeen Olaleye who graced the occasion admonished the students to be focused on their studies as there would be many distractions along the way.

Dr. Oluremi encouraged the newly admitted students to engage in productive activities that will have positive impact on their studies and shun bad influences that will ruin their future.


The Rector reiterated that students who indulge in exam malpractice, cultism and other social vices will have to face the consequences as the acts lead to immediate expulsion.

Goodwill messages also came from the Deputy Rector Academic, Mr Olumide O. Metilelu and the Deputy Rector Administration, Engineer Sikiru A. Adegoke Ph. D.

Present at the occasion also are the institution Registrar, Other Principal Officers, Dean's and Directors of Schools, Members of the Academic Board, Heads of Department, Deputy Registrar, Senior Administrative Staff, Mace Bearer, Parents and Students of LASPOTECH.
